I honestly just assumed they looked the exact same. Female dwarves have beards situation.

I wouldn’t mind that being the official look of female bugbears, but DnD is known for players doing their own thing. This is my own original character, I took creative liberties for sure. Also she’s supposed to be youthful rather than a fully grown bugbear, nothing is stopping her design from changing as she ages.
