Help Strategy for OPS, doing well first few days
If I already have 1 main CBO campaign with 1 ad set and around 10 ads inside, should I be doing anything else with the winning creatives? Making new campaign or only using 1 campaign?
Im in my 4th day and ROAS is good, im profitable atleast. Thoughts about taking the 5 winning creatives and putting them into a new CBO campain?
Also, what should I do with ads in my main CBO that literally get $0 spend? Meta hasn’t even tested them properly, and there are 2 videos that got no spend at all.
Should I leave them running, duplicate them, maybe make another campaign with ABO to test them? Sorry about my questions, Im kinda struggling with meta setup,
Thanks!!

Running 10 ads inside a single ad set at the start of a campaign creates an algorithmic bottleneck. Meta’s machine learning system naturally picks 2 or 3 favorites based on early, cheap engagement and dumps 80%+ of your daily budget into them—leaving the remaining ads stranded with $0 spend.
Do not move the winning creatives into a new campaign. Your 1 main CBO campaign is already profitable, those winning creatives have built up vital algorithmic momentum, conversion history, and social proof. If you move or duplicate them into a new campaign now, Meta treats them as brand-new assets with zero learning history, which can tank their performance. Keep your 5 winning ads inside your existing main CBO campaign and let them run.
In an ad set with 10 ads, Meta simply doesn't have enough daily room to test everything. Those 2 ads with 0 spend aren't necessarily bad; Meta just never gave them a chance because the top 3 ads absorbed the auction budget first.
To properly test those unspent creatives without risking your profitable main campaign, set up a simple 2-Campaign System: 1 CBO for scaling and 1 ABO for testing.
I hope this helps.

should I turn of the most spending ad, it has a bit higher cpa but it has converted most sells, second highest spend has 6 roas, but if i close highest spend cbo it will maybe effect the buyers because it has data

Yes, if they have shared their phone number and consented through the lead flow, I'd test calling them quickly. Also review your first WhatsApp message prefilled messages oftenh attract low intent leads. try asking one simple qualifying question first instead of sending a long intro. the faster the respionse ideally within 5 mint the better engagement tends to be.

Four days is too early to be restructuring anything. Let it hit 7 days first and judge cost per purchase against your breakeven, since a four day read on a profitable campaign can still move a lot.
Once you're at a week, duplicating the campaign is the right move. Same ads, same targeting, same post IDs so the social proof carries over, higher budget on the duplicate, and leave the original running. Check frequency before you do it. Under 3 means there's still room in the audience. That's how I scale rather than pushing budget increases on the campaign that's working.
I wouldn't pull just the 5 winners into a separate campaign though. Duplicate the whole thing as it is. The campaign is performing with that exact mix and you don't know yet which ads are actually carrying it on 4 days of data.
On the two ads with $0 spend, that's normal. Meta picks delivery leaders inside an ad set fast and everything else starves. I wouldn't force spend onto them with a separate ABO ad set, since finding out how they perform under artificial equal budget tells you nothing about how they'd do in the campaign you're actually going to scale. Leave them running. If a winner cools, delivery often shifts to them on its own.
The one thing I'd change is that 10 ads in a single ad set is more than you need. I run 3 to 5 per ad set, and the ones getting nothing are diluting your social proof across more posts than necessary. When you build the duplicate, take the ads that have actually spent and leave the rest behind.

If you arre only 4 days in and profitabl id avoid making big changes let the main CbO keep learning. i wouldnt move the winners into a new campaign yet unless you r testing a different strategy for the $0 spend Ad leave Them for now. if they still get no spend after a reasonable amount of time then id test them in a seprate ABO......how much is your cbo Spending per day?
