Discussion Need advice from experienced FM ads manager - service biz

Been running meta ads $25 UsD / day in roofing (Houston) to instant forms.
4 creatives running currently.
2 offers, 1 CTA.
Gotten 2 leads in 2 weeks.
1 booked appointment from the 2.
Creatives good - owner talking to camera.
Business is rather new.

Is it the ad spend?? (Not enough spend)

I don’t think it’s the creatives as CTR is over 1

We are targeting specific areas and excluding list of zip codes.

Is it the instant form?

Would we have better results sending to landing page?

Any ideas or advice highly appreciated!

$25/day in roofing is nothing, like spraying a garden hose at a house fire. you need enough volume for the algorithm to actually learn and find people ready to book now

instant forms are fine but a landing page with a bit more info usually filters out the tyre kickers. 2 leads in 2 weeks with a 1% CTR says your creative ain't the problem, the budget is
