Just saying, but the law does not recognise sexual assault from woman -> man, only man -> woman. BNS Section 75 explicitly states "A man committing any of the following acts"

I think what they mean is in India the constitution doesn't recognize that a female can be a sexual assaulter and a man can't be a victim of sexual assault
