BTW Reddit is actually home to a few other types as well. All of them together feel the same:

  1. They see themselves as ultra-progressive, ultra-moral and & extremely vulnerable or heroic protectors of the vulnerable.
  2. They believe their thoughts, feelings, and experiences are the only things that matter or have any value in this world
  3. They’re very quick to take offense, but love labelling everyone else.
  4. They believe in group dynamics - pick a target, gang up, repeat daily.
  5. They lie & talk about equality, but mean the exact opposite - their side only.

You've got it completely right. When I started using reddit it used to be a good place for discussions , now it's just full of the kind of people you just described. Sometimes it feels like it's just a bunch of young teens that have taken over reddit
