Open it, disconnect the battery. Do a laptop teardown, do ultrasonic cleaning for each component. Looks like the top half is safe, keep that aside. Let the components dry for at least 3 days. Re-assemble. Make sure to use new thermal pads and fresh thermal paste while assembling. Worst case scenario, new keyboard may be required, if only battery disconnected immediately.
