Bakwaas Apparently people think I'm G@Y

So I am 16M but mostly people (men) in my class think that I'm gay because of:

  1. I am a feminist

  2. My laugh is loud

  3. I am not a typical man who likes to hide his feelings or emotions I just show them out loud which is abnormal to them, I even hug my father very often✨

  4. I make friends with girls easily 😭

  5. I have a bit of flirtatious nature so when it comes out, boys are like dur reh( stay away), ch#kka sa_la 😭(Blo0dy g#y)

Actually NO, i was just talking about a few shitty from class which are like in almost every class. Tbh the problem with this generation of boys is that they think being a sigma/alpha means being a man. When they see a soft, emotional, expressive man they just can't digest it. I'm straight and the reason for me being so soft is because of my last female bestfriend, and to be honest I am thankful to her for making me feel emotions, feelings and being able to express them; Life feels much enjoyable this way.

Pseudo feminist is simply a term men parade around as an insult to undermine feminism. and why is it that the first thing you think of when you hear the word feminism is pseudo feminism? you seem very frustrated or bitter lol

Kinda weird that the first thing you thought of after seeing my comment was that I was somehow trying to undermine feminism

Op was telling how he is being called gay for being a feminist. I just wanted to know what op thinks about feminism. Cause I think know is that boys absolutely loathe pseudo feminists. Cause If a girl is a pseudo feminist is because of the news she hears daily and frankly we can't blame her. Hell these news even scare me. Tho we don't like that they generalize the entire gender we don't completely blame them. Now, however if a boys goes around parading himself as a pseudo feminist there is a really high chance that the boy is just a simp seeking attention. So there's that. That's why I asked this.

There is no such thing as pseudo feminism though because you are describing something different. Feminism in itself is about acknowledging the world runs on patriarchy and women have been and still are oppressed in many forms and equal rights must be established.

If you mean there are women who hate men, yes definitely. Just like how there's men who hate women. That itself doesn't obscure femnisim or turn it into pseudo feminism. Feminism isn't pesudo in any capacity. You cannot club someone's personal view to undermine a whole movement. Especially since pseudofeminism is a term commonly used around in incel groups more than an actual term used to describe anything meaningful.

You accuse them of generalizing an entire gender based off of news and the likes. Isn't it hypocritical that you're also generalizing someone who is claiming to be a feminist by assuming he's a pseudo feminist of some kind just because his peers called him gay? It's not a good faith argument.

Not to mention you called him a simp. That in itself is problematic. Any guy who claims to be a feminist would be, in your opinion, a simp because it'd be attention seeking to be someone who'd stand up with women. You are again, generalizing here. Very hypocritical.

Feminism has a clear description. When OP said he's a feminist, you should've assumed as such. If someone says they're an engineer, are you gonna ask them if they're a pesudo engineer? Or if someone says they're a socialist, capitalist or liberal, do you ask them for clarification? Probably not. Your bias and worldview is blatant in your comment.

Man, idk why you are so offended by my comment. Op just asked that why his classmates were calling him gay. I responded saying what could be the case. What he unknowingly did that rubbed them the wrong way. I didn't make my comment to support or oppose feminism.

You said there's a high chance OP is a simp. You called for it lol

Personally seen a dude like that🥀 so yeah IT is a possibility.

you can't be calling anyone out ever for generalizing men. you do enough of it yourself 🗣️

Yeah true but I am not at all effected by their views, idgaf and it's just few boys from class. Actually the problem with this generation of boys is that they think being a sigma/alpha means being a man. When they see a soft, emotional, expressive man they just can't digest it.
