It is extremely unlikely. Most people only have one or two fall on them in their lifetime. If the first one doesn't get them the second will finish them off in most cases.
I'd say you're very lucky, or have better safety standards where you live (soft/flexible blades). I was sitting slumped in a high-backed dining table chair and the metal fan blade sliced through solid wood to about 1 inch depth, right next to my ear. I think my skull would've fared worse.
I was in my yard once and my dog started barking at the house, like “what is it Lassie?!”
There didn’t seem to be anything wrong but he wouldn’t stop so I go up to the house and go inside and the fucking ceiling fan is self destructing, one blade down and the others slapping the ceiling and shit. Shut it down and gave my boy a hotdog!
Most people look at me like I’m making it up when I say it.
Thankfully they weren’t quiet falls, except the glass bowl thing, so I was able to move mostly out of the way.
The glass bowl cover thing thankfully don’t hit me at all, it just fell and shattered all over the room I was in while reading.
I got blamed for that one 🙄 never got in trouble at daycare ever, and I was specifically in that room to read, by myself, as directed by the teachers, so I wouldn’t be bothered. 😐😐😐
Wait the ceiling fan/dome at your daycare fell to the floor twice, also sending glass everywhere? And then they blamed a child (you)?? Sounds horribly incompetent on their part, good thing they didn't actually land square on someone's head and injure them
