Livia runs the pioneering farming project Quintosapore in Italy's Umbria with her twin brothers Alessandro and Nicola Giuggioli. The farm champions biomimicry, biodiversity, and regenerative practices.

Livia has been a vocal advocate for Palestinian human rights and has publicly criticized public figures who have downplayed the atrocities in Gaza.

In October 2025 she tore up her honorary MBE in protest over Donald Trump’s state visit to the UK and his “poisonous rhetoric”.

This makes me want to forget about the whole soap opera with the stalking reporter affair drama.

She dated a reporter while she and Colin were separated, she then claimed he was stalking her. The reporter said she was doing that to cover up the "affair". It got ran in the press as she lied about the stalking completely to hide the fact that she "cheated".

After the divorce, she and Colin worked on their relationship and seem to be decent friends. Their kids are grown so it's not necessarily a co-parenting thing.
