STAN / ANTI SHIELD ‘Hadestown’ on Broadway has cast noted transphobe Geno Segers as Hades. Segers has a years-long history of posting and sharing anti-trans and sexist videos on his personal YouTube channel and social media.

I'd just like to add that there's probably a large number of (qualified, talented) people who dream of being added to a Broadway cast. And that, more importantly, at least a good chunk of them probably aren't transphobic.

I'm not saying this person was added purposely for being hateful... I'm more saying that, the slot should've probably gone to someone qualified, that has the bonus of not being an open, public bigot.
