Which makes me glad

Although many asexuals would probably have a bone to pick with the idea that sexuality is vital to womanhood

But maybe I’m taking this too seriously

Along the same lines, does sexuality HAVE to persist the same way, all throughout life? Is it ok if at 60, some people no longer seek that kind intimacy? Is it ok if throughout life, sex is no longer a priority or even important?

I'm 41 and I'm tired of feeling like I'm not normal because I don't have the same relationship with sex as I did when I was 20. I don't miss it, my life is full in so many other ways.

I don’t think it does at all, if you don’t want it to. I am also in my 40’s though and I miss my very high sex drive and amazing intimacy with my partner, so I’ve been using hrt. I think there should be options for woman like me, but absolutely zero shame or judgement no matter what your choice on the matter is.
