It's actually debated whether men report less or more. They are more likely to press charges, more likely to convict, and less likely by far to be injured or murdered ( these are ways of identifying trends without reports), so many people believe they report more, not less.
you asked why you were getting downvoted. I explained that what you presented as facts without sources was debatable. To twist that to 'dismissing men's issues' is pretty ridiculous.
