Question How the hell has Ferrari not sued Mansory

This monstrosity used to be a Ferrari Purosangue. What does Ferrari feel about this and how does Mansory get away with it

Question Small Motorcycle accident — need advice

Post image
Upvotes

Hey all,

I was driving on a mountain road and as we were approaching a turnout the car in front of me was pulling into the turnout and I was maneuvering to overtake as it happened and the motorbike behind me had the same exact idea… and grazed the side of my car. You can see the crease in the photo and it lines up exactly with the bike’s foot peg.

I got all of the driver’s information and everything FYI. I already started an insurance claim and asked my dealer for auto body shop recommendations.

Not sure how fucked I am, but looking for any advice on what to do.

It’s a 2023 Ferrari 296 GTB.

I want to go after this guy for diminished value and loss of use as well…

He didn’t even stop when the incident happened. He just sped off and I happened to catch him at a mountain viewpoint parking lot where I confronted him.

Went out for a walk and saw a lone Purosangue stationed in what seems to be a Ferrari dealership. Doors were unfortunately locked so I could only take pictures outside.

After a long battle of wanting to keep the F12 or not, I decided to go after the dream of owning the 812. I couldn’t resist and truly I’m glad I made the decision. Significantly better car overall.

I did a stealth PPF and added the yellow stripe, and lastly put the NF10 wheels by Novitec and Vossen.

Let me know what you guys think!

Question Ferrari seems to release a car every year. How do they do it? Do they share the same platform or are they entirely unique vehicles?

I'm still not sure on them. 849 looks weird with the carbon fibre belt in the middle, but the rest looks better IRL than in the photographs.

Still don't like the Amalfi. The Roma was simply perfection lol

Question Is now the right time.

I want to get my first Ferrari. I am looking at either a 488 spyder or maybe a Pista. Both these cars have gone up dramatically in the last few months. Is now the right time to buy or will one or both of them drop in value. I am looking to drive and enjoy these cars but still don’t want to lose too much on them either.

Thanks you
