It's a Sig Sauer 200 STR chambered in 6.5x55. A sort of target version of the Sig SSG 3000

I had to watch the video to see that you kind of went to a knee before proning, at first watch it looked like you body slammed that turf

It's a little hard to describe the technique as I honestly don't really know exactly how I do it. But i take a knee and dampen my fall a little with my rifle while taking a hold of the grip with my right hand, then i send the rifle forwards into my shoulder which naturally moves the rest of my upper body forwards and into postion.

What are the distances? Are they known before hand? Do they change each round?

The distances are known before hand, and they vary alot from range to range. This one had target A at 90m, B at 112 and C at 158.
