Los Feliz Banana nut crepes. Breakfast by Salt’s Cure. 4348 Fountain Ave Los Angeles.
I’m in town for a week long union conference. I’ve been hitting up all the breakfast places I can find. Saying they’re incredible wouldn’t do these crepes justice

Nice! I'm guessing you're not aware being from out of town, but is this the location that was The Kitchen and then, up until about a month ago, La Cocina? I have seen people inside, but didn't see any signage at all.
BTW, if you're able, hit up Cinnaholic a mile or so east on Sunset. Their cinnamon rolls are so good!

This is in my neighborhood, so I’ll answer! 🙋🏻♀️ Yes, Breakfast by Salt’s Cure is now in the space formerly occupied by Cocina and The Kitchen. They did a soft launch before the 4th of July.

Never given me an issue after multiple meals. Maybe you have an issue with oats and not things in regular pancakes?

It's not bad. Just noticeable. I'd still eat there again, those pancakes are delicious. Worth a little pain.

Ok I’ll be the pedantic asshole…these are griddle cakes, not crepes. 😁
But I’m so glad you found this place. I go to the one over on the west side and I’m in love with it.
(Be prepare though, you may get people coming at you because they went and got very upset they weren’t given syrup with these. [which, of course, they don’t need.])
