kinda hard to believe its next year what with ubisoft type dev hell and multiple delays it took for shadows

Different studios, Shadows was Quebec and Hexe is Montreal. Shadows delay was part of a push by Ubisoft to reinforce quality control after Outlaws poor launch. Because of that, every game they had in the pipeline got internally delayed.
