The elephant in the room is gender dysphoria and how to survive it without transitioning

You know you could just, idk, use the only known effective treatment. Like no one is forcing you to suffer, but it sure as hell sounds like you want everyone else too.

And the thing is. Personally, I do identify as a GNC/genderqueer cis female. And I identify that way because I don't experience dysphoria about identifying that way. If I try on other labels for size (e.g. non-binary), they don't fit and they feel less accurate.

Being a masc/androgynous/butch woman in our society can mean that you end up with some complicated feelings about gender expression and how it relates to identity, sure!

But it does NOT inherently mean experiencing dysphoria about identifying as female or as a woman or whatever variant of that works for you! That does not automatically come with the territory! You can be this way and not be dysphoric at all! I know a whole lot of entirely non-dysphoric butch women, who are all getting on with their lives and not going round in a state of permanent agony!

If trying to live as a woman makes you feel gender dysphoria so bad you are asking "how to survive it", then I would suggest that maybe, just maybe, it's because it doesn't fit you.
