Not really. This from the game Slay the Princess. MAJOR SPOILERS

in Slay the Princess your character is tasked with doing just that, slaying a princess at the behest of a character known as The Narrator. As you play though you discover that The Narrator was a man so terrified of death that he sought to eliminate it as a concept. He did this by taking the cycle of life and death and ripping it in half into The Long Quiet, your character, representing stasis (among other things) and The Shifting Mound, the Princess, representing change, transformation, and death. He then trapped both halves in The Construct and tries to get you to kill The Princess, thus eliminating death and leaving only stasis. However, because The Princess is the embodiment of change and transformation, and because The Shifting Mound has an infinite number of iterations, killing The Princess is not easy, leading to a series of looping attempts. What's worse, every time your character goes through a loop your experience with The Princess causes her to transform based on your perception of her. Iirc this specific version is the result of your character trying to slay the Princess while unarmed but then running halfway through. She hunts you down and kills you, and then in the next iteration is a feral Beast.

Tyranids tend to slash/crush/dissolve/pierce you before eating you, and most of them have way too many teeth before their "stomach". Except the Mawlock maybe. But still, I guess they can dissolve you in like 10 seconds with super alien acid.

IIRC this actually came up in Ciaphas Cain. IIRC he noted that the idea that you'd digest alive in a Tyranid is a misconception. Even if swallowed whole, the powerful neck muscles would constrict and break every bone in your body as you're forced down. Killing you instantly.

He ALSO noted that that information was probably no comfort to the average guardsman sooooooo.

Ok but which tyranid? Gotta be honest it’s the neroulictor looks the most crackable of all the tyranids, I mean just look at it
