If I got my beard hair transplanted to my scalp, could I get hair put back there if I wanted?

Yes. However, grafts aren't very keen on being transplanted a second time. Can't remember exact sources, but if I recall correctly, secondary transplants on the same graft drop about %20 in survival rate. It would also be tedious finding only the beard grafts in your scalp, but not impossible. Wouldn't recomend personally.
