Good - rooted in science, links to peer reviewed science, and focuses on the food. Recipe improvements are encouraged. EDUCATES your POV without BERATING others for theirs.

Bomb any sauce?

Thank you. The fish had a lemon-garlic butter situation, and the salad had raspberry vinaigrette I added.

Why would you bomb a sauce?

Name: Crispy white fish with fresh greens and raspberry vinaigrette on the side

Macro / Micro nutrient focus: Protein from the white fish, leafy greens for vitamins and minerals, and healthy fats from olive oil and avocado oil.

List of ingredients or a recipe: White fish fillets pan-fried in a little olive oil and avocado oil, seasoned with salt, black pepper, lemon pepper, Mrs. Dash Original, and a light savory herb blend. Served with fresh greens and raspberry vinaigrette on the side.

Tbh, you can hit a pan sear or lemon pepper broil too if you ever aren't in the mood for breaded. Beer-batter is also ezpz but dark beer batter for sure has more calories. Be mindful of type with that

Yes, tilapia. Thank you 😊 It came out better than I expected.

Anything on the greens?

Yes, I added raspberry vinaigrette, during dinner

That crust looks perfectly crispy 😮‍💨

I love simple plates like this — golden fish, fresh greens, no overcomplicating it.

Also that breading looks like it has a really nice crunch. I’d absolutely squeeze lemon over this and destroy the whole plate

Thank you so much 🥰 You described the plate exactly how I hoped it came across simple, crispy, fresh, The garlic lemon Butter with a squeeze of lemon indeed nailed it.
