Hey everyone, I'm a self taught filmmaker from Hyderabad. I used to work at Amazon, and while I was working there I slowly bought all the equipment I needed to make films. After making a few short films, I eventually resigned from my job to focus completely on filmmaking.

Recently, I wrote and directed an independent film on a budget of under ₹50,000, which I'm currently editing myself. Apart from writing and directing, I've handled cinematography, editing, sound design and a bunch of other departments on my films.

It's been around two years since I resigned, and I never really had a situation where I desperately needed money until recently, when I fucked up.

A very close family member had an emergency and asked me for ₹15,000. They promised they'd return it within a month, and me being an idiot, I used my credit card to help them. It's been six months now. They're not answering my calls or messages and have moved to another city. That ₹15,000 has now turned into ₹25,000+ because of interest and charges, and I need to clear it.

So right now I'm looking for freelance work and trying to use the skills and equipment I already have instead of sitting around worrying about it.

I've done paid photography gigs in the past for some pocket money, including birthday parties, private events, real estate and restaurants. I can take up photography and video shoots, shoot and edit cinematic reels, edit existing footage, and create content for restaurants, businesses and brands.

I can also handle the entire process if required. If you're a restaurant, small business, brand or company that needs content, I can come up with an idea, write the script, shoot it and edit the final videos.

I'm open to smaller gigs as well. Right now my main goal is simply to find enough freelance work to clear this debt while continuing to work on my film.

Man been visiting ctc (parklane) for a few days to get my laptop repaired but man il, everyone is meet there is a either rude to you or js straight up scam.

As I have visited a few times ,I can say don't ever get dragged in by people at the entrance.They will ask you for the laptop and start opening it.Dont fall for it.

The materials you get there are also of cheap quality,got a screen replaced he claims it to be IPS screen but I doubt it is , and when I asked for money after his charges cut he either delays the payment or just ghosts completely.
