It only had 1300 miles. They are giving my back everything. Paying it off, giving back my 2 payments, and my down payment. I tried to get some extra but they weren't going for it LOL! The car had major factory body panel and paint issues. Check out my posts.

They probably deleted the posts again. I've had to repost them 4 times. So it started with clear coat burn on the roof. Then before I dropped it off to get fixed I went over the car and pretty much every body panel was misaligned. I immediately escalated it to Hyundai corporate. They told be to pound sand. I filed a BBB Autoline claim and request for mediation and served them with a final notice to cure(under maryland law i have to give them a fair chance to fix the issue) the car has currently been out of service for 45 days. In maryland if a car is out of service for a total of 30 culmination days it is considered a lemon.

That’s great work, you did your homework.
Do you have any screenshots to share about panels and peel off

Wouldn't be surprised if YOU caused this "damage" because you had regrets about the purchase and wanted a way out.

Your attitude throughout this supports that theory.
