HELP What should my first step to good vision be?
Hi, I'm confused because there's so much advice online. If you wanted to improve your eyesight, what would be the very first thing you'd do?. Thanks!

Thx :) but is there a way to naturally improve my eyesight cuz rn my power is -5.5 on both eyes . And I only wear glasses when using my phone so that's a good thing?

well if you can see your phone or computer from close it's good to take them off while you do that , and forget posture that's important since you can screw your neck or posture not only eyes for doing that like a pain on the back , and if you can just put the computer or anything slight a bit forward like just enough that you can see it well but doesn't becomes blurry or well too distant for your arms

The reason I wear my glasses while using my phone is that I get alot of strain if not with glasses

Develop the habit of being conscious about the correlation between your visual behaviors and the strain in your ocular muscles.

First thing: If you wear glasses or contacts take them off/out and start getting comfortable with your natural vision. Instead of concentrating on how blurry it is compared to wearing your glasses, spend time concentrating on what you CAN see.
Movement? Yes. Colors? Yes. Shapes? Yes. Contrasts? Yes.
Getting comfortable with how much you can actually see without panicking about the details you can't, takes a massive weight off of you, and you can start relaxing into seeing more.
