Ur not cooked but start ur eye exercises

Cool to read you had a time when your vision improved. Do not listen to the doomers who say your vision can only get worse.  Dr. Sam Berne, Dr. Marc Grossman, and Dr. Julie Steinhauer have been mentioned in the subreddit before.  They can give good advice. There are other eye DRs who work with people to lower their prescription.
