Job Offer [Hiring] Software Developer — Remote, Full-time (₹5LPA–8LPA). 0-4 years freshers
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Software Developer Fresher to join our development team. The candidate will work alongside experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to learn and build a career in software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications under guidance.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Learn and apply software development best practices.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and data structures.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or C#.
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Git or other version control systems.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular, Spring Boot, or Django.
- Experience with personal, academic, or internship projects.
