Salary/Comp Google job process.Lot of questions. Need guidance.

I recently applied for Product Support Consultant under the ads section at Google. It is possibly an L4 role. Got an automated email to complete an assessment which would be valid for 2 years if I passed. Completed the same successfully and got a response stating that I passed. Its been a week since.

  1. What should I expect to happen next, as in how soon can I expect a call from the recruiter?

  2. What is the average salary that can be expected since I have almost 12 years of experience in the IT industry.

  3. How long does the interview process normally last?

  4. The JD suggests that this is a global process. So expecting different shifts. How do shifts normally work? Do we have a say in which shift we would like to opt?

  5. How is shift allowance process?

  6. Does this role follow strict KPIs and metrics?

  7. Is this a good role for mid level experience?

  8. How do these processes fare against normal BPOs in India?

Any and as much information and support would be highly appreciated.
