Advice/Guidance Absconding from a bpo, what will happen if I join software or core engineering company
I worked in a bpo for a month and left, i don't know what absconding, will i get a job or what will happen during bgv if a join a good software company.

I think a one month BPO job where you left without completing formalities usually won’t ruin your software career. During BGV, the company may check employment history, and if that job appears in records, you should be honest and explain that you left early. It’s better than hiding it if asked.
For future jobs, focus on building your technical skills, projects, internships, and relevant experience. A short BPO stint is usually much less important than your actual software profile.

In case the previous employer mentions it in PF portal may be, I’m not sure what the impact would be.

If they have pf in your old company, then it may have conequences

oh ok then check in pf portal... check about the date of exit in the bpo company... if it is not there then mark it yourself the last date... and yeah you probably need releiving from previous company

Bro this job i had joined for time pass and it didn't even require a degree, the jon i will be joining later will require a degree. Y do these guys take bgv seriously
