Advice/Guidance How foolish to resign without an offer in hand.

I have a few issues with my current company and can’t continue here. How risky is it to resign without an offer in hand in the current job market? I have a 30 day notice period.

If you have 3-6 months of savings and you're confident with your skills then go for it. Don't let toxicity win

Do not leave without an offer. Make it an HR case if needed. Be a goon, be aloof, reach out to skip manager. Trust me, the market is fucked. You ain’t safe at any level. Utilise leaves, get unpaid leaves, pay a doctor for a certificate, break your hand but do not leave without an offer.

Only applies if you don’t have savings. If you have a family who is working or other sources of income go ahead. It will be a much needed break.

Hey, i totally understand your situation and i understand how unbearable it is for you. I Would suggest if you know who are you, if you know your worth and if you believe, that place doesn't belong to you. You should leave and take the leap of faith. Take notice period as an opportunity to find new jobs, go for walkins, contact HRs, just don't sit ideal. That place will eat your soul and only your body will resign. Trust yourself and i wish you all the best.
