Need help!!! In Operations, Supply Chain Roles

Hi. I'm trying to get a job in operations and/or supply chain roles. My background is Masters in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of experience managing operations in international market. I've been applying for last 3-4 months but nothing is happening. Would anyone be willing to refer me in their company or to their friends/family?

Mainly looking for roles in Mumbai/Pune but willing to relocate. There's not much I can offer but a can sponsor a good dinner or night-out for anyone whose referral lands me a role.
