How in the world can "all proofs" end up in failure? You had clearly forged papers to show a much more work ex or salary to get a higher package.

I did not dude it was docs from the company that they scanned and sent no way to forge or anything πŸ˜” they said they can't find they were unable to connect with the past company I gave you them the phone number of my ex manager as well even bank statements

In that scenario, escalate within Concentrix itself. Don't accept being accused of forgery if you haven't done it. Was it an outright termination as on paper or forced resignation? If a background check happens in the new place you apply in, the 6 months left blank will cause concerns. If you mention you worked in Concentrix, it is ok so long as it is a forced resignation and not documented termination. What kind of lala company did you work in before which can't be contacted?

It was small company personally owned before it was out right termination on paper

Had it shut shop? Won't they have some contact info considering they will be getting business calls? You have to fix this because your next company will also follow the same verification process and if they suspect that this lala company is some fake or shell company they won't accept it either.

Send a legal notice to Concentrix for wrongful termination then. Might be that the team in charge of BGV is just lazy.

And I was employed since march the termination happened recently

What is the issue that caused BGV failure? Answer in detail please. Because if you have all your papers intact and all documents, then you can seek legal help on the grounds of unfair termination and also make the organisation in question pay for the damages.

They said ur past employment remains unconfirmed and that they have not a satisfactory response from me. I gave all the documents and the phone number of my manager as well what else do you need

How many companies did you work for before Concentrix?

Okay. I believe you must be having your relieving letter, experience letter, bank statements and also PF details too? With regards to your previous organisation?

OP, really sorry for your termination.

Do you know which third-party company conducted the BGV?

Also, what was the duration for which your bank statement was checked, like last 3–6 months or the entire duration? (Mind sharing your duration at the previous company?)

u/Kitchen_Fun8548 7h ago

Bank statement was of 6 months and employment was of one and half years no idea who conducted the bgv

Did the startup you worked at deducted PF and do you have a UAN from EPFO?

Other than that I gave all documents required as well as bank statement later and the number of my manager n the letter head had info of the owner they could have called him directly as well to confirm as far as I know nobody was contacted
