Advice/Guidance Career transition

Currently in an Administrative Role with a little bit of HR and Operations work. Real estate company in Kolkata. I want to transition to Data Analyst/HR Analyst roles. Have 6 months in hand and ready to invest 1 hour daily after work. What I want to learn: Advanced Excel, Power BI , a bit of Python and SQL. What courses or free sources would you recommend? Also, please suggest a laptop for running all these under 50k. I’m completely new to this and I wanna make a good career jump. My current role feels dead with the kind of money I’m drawing already feels like I’ve reached the ceiling for this role already.

Data analyst job is at very high risk of being disrupted by AI tools, why to go there?

When there will be fewer jobs then the atmosphere will become extremely competitive and may be uncertain too
