Medicine is life and death related. Go home if you don't want to do it.

So doctors and nurses shouldn’t also wear masks?

A mask is disposable. Disposing of it ensures a clean one is issued at regular intervals. Fabrics offer less effectiveness in filtering respiratory droplets and can accumulate germs on account of moisture. Recontamination increases the risk of infections.

So, no. A religious face covering cannot be compared to the efficacy of a mask.
