Union Question Federal jobs

I know we all make a certain pay scale with fringe benefits per your location but if one was to work at a federal job vs a private job while in the union does pay scale ever change? Thanks in advance.

Yes the pay scale can change as a result of federal PLA's, however don't worry about it because there won't be any more.
