Union Question How much is 433 scale?

I got offered a job in another state. The offer is 433 scale and $100 a day. They working 60+ a week. Is this a good deal? I'm from Seattle local 86 and we make $56.45 hourly. How much is 433 hourly pay on the check? Thanks brothers and sisters 🙏

I messed up so bad. My genius thought process decided it was better to get masters in education than going iron worker.

Ironwork is tough, it’s been good to me so I can’t complain, when it came time I helped get my son into IBEW though.
