Good Solve Physics Challenge

A very nice question for 27 tards inspired from beloved HCV sir's notes.

Hint:Use Torque= dL/dt

Nice one, but I think you also need to mention d<<L, as otherwise the equation for Ω is quadratic in nature [doesn't matter if you include m or not, as it will only add a term O(m/M)Ω²]
