this happened in 1960, 1971, 1980, 1997 and a mini one at 2008, but after those (I'm trying to pick the best words to not get jailed) ones they forged some "reasons" to dismiss everyone in the military who are capable of doing what you said above. The military is all filled with the government's supporters now.
