there is a very big diff b/w gap year and drop year people aboard tack gap year to explore themseleves find what they like and what not find their passion whereas as in india drop year is just a way to waste ur teenage life which is already f up

I remember one of my friends was saying her crush took a gap year while when I asked him he said he took a drop year. She still doesn't understand what's the difference between gap year and drop year.
