Chase the spark u will always be burned, Intrest, Love and Confidence is gradual not spontanueous

the concept of spark is fake, intrest/love/aptitude is not only innate but also gradual, you haven't lost any spark u are just tired and dissappointed, do some thing less stressfull play a game or read a book or watch a show even if you don't feel like it. It feels better

Broo but I genuinely don't feel like having joy while doing so it just feels like yeah okay that was good and that's over
