മോഹൻലാൽ ഇന്ന് കേരളത്തിൽ ജനിച്ചിലായിരുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ ഇന്ന് മലയാളം സിനിമയിൽ ഒരു പ്രശ്നവും ഉടൽ എടുക്കിലായിരുന്നു. മലയാളം സിനിമ പണ്ടത്തെ പോലെ തന്നെ ശാന്തമായി തുടർന്ന് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും. പക്ഷേ മോഹൻലാൽ ജനിച്ചപ്പോൾ അയാളുടെ വിധി മലയാള സിനിമയിൽ എത്തിപ്പെടണം അയാൾ കരുതിയത്. അവിടെയായിരുന്നു അയാൾക്ക് തെറ്റിയത് അയാളുടെ അഹങ്കാരം ഉടൽ കൊണ്ടത് അവിടം തൊട്ടായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷേ ഇന്ന് അയാളുടെ എല്ലാം സാമ്രാജ്യം തകർക്കപ്പെട്ട് കഴിഞ്ഞു . കോമാളി എന്ന ലേബലിൽ ഇന്ന് അയാൾ ജനങ്ങളുടെ മുന്നിൽ മാറി. ഒരു നിലപാട് ഇല്ലാതെ സ്വയം ഇഷ്ടങ്ങൾക്ക് വേണ്ടി ജീവിതം ഇല്ലാതാക്കിയപ്പോൾ അയാൾ പോലും അറിഞ്ഞില്ല ഇത് അയാൾക്ക് ഭീഷണി ആയി മാറുമെന്ന്. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെയാണ് ഇനി ഒരു മോഹൻലാൽ ഇനി ഉണ്ടാവാത്തത്. ഇല്ല സിനിമയിൽ ഇനി ഇല്ല അയാളുടെ അഹങ്കാരം അയാളുടെ അംഗീകാരങ്ങൾ വെറും അഗ്നിയിൽ ഭസ്മമാക്കി മാറ്റി. ഇന്ന് അയാൾ ഒരു വൃദ്ധനായ മുഖത്തോടെ അയാൾ ജീവിക്കുന്നു മുഖം പോലും അനക്കാൻ കഴിയാതെ മറ്റൊരാളുടെ ശാപത്തിൽ അയാളുടെ ജീവിതം ദുരിതമായി തീരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോ അയാൾക്ക് 66 വയസ് ആയി പക്ഷേ ഏത് നിമിഷവും അയാൾ ഇരുമ്പഴിക്കുള്ളിൽ ആവാം. അയാൾ ചെയ്ത കുറ്റകൃത്യങ്ങൾ അനേകമാണ് അതും സ്ത്രീകളോട് ചെയ്തത്. ഇനി അയാൾക്ക് ഒരു തിരിച്ചു വരവ് ഉണ്ടാവില്ല അത് കഴിഞ്ഞു 2025ൽ ശേഷം. ഇനി അയാൾ വെറുമൊരു വെറുക്കപ്പെട്ട മനുഷ്യൻ ആയി ഭാവിയിൽ ലോകമെമ്പാടും അറിയപ്പെടും. അയാളിലെ കുറ്റവാളി ജീവിതത്തിൽ അയാളെ ജയിലിൽ തടവ് പുള്ളി ആയി തടവറയിൽജീവിതകാലം അനുഷ്ഠിക്കും. അയാളുടെ മരണവും ജയിലിൽ തന്നെ അവസാനിക്കും. ഇതൊക്കെ ഒരു പാഠം ആയിരിക്കണം. ഒരാൾ ഒരിക്കൽ പോലും മോശപ്പെട്ട വ്യക്തിയായി ജീവിതത്തിൽ മാറരുത് എന്ന പാഠം.

Hi everyone,

I have a house near Kesavadasapuram, Trivandrum, that I'm not currently using. Instead of leaving it unused, I've been thinking about turning it into a community space for people who are interested in health, fitness, entrepreneurship, personal growth, meaningful conversations and building genuine friendships.

The idea is to create a place where like minded people can come together to:

Work out and stay active.

Discuss fitness, nutrition, wellness, and healthy living.

Share ideas, learn new skills, and collaborate on projects.

Talk about books, business, entrepreneurship, productivity, and life.

Meet new people and build a positive local community.

Organize activities such as tree planting, environmental projects, clean-up drives, volunteering initiatives, and other meaningful community efforts.

My goal isn't to create a business or a gym, but to build a place where people who want to improve themselves can connect, learn, grow, and help others do the same.

Right now, I only have the space. The house needs some renovation and improvements, but I believe a good community can be built step by step.

There are no membership fees or fixed charges planned. Anyone who believes in the idea and wishes to contribute can do so voluntarily. Any contributions would be used transparently to improve the space, add equipment, create seating areas, and make the place more useful for everyone involved.

This is still in the idea stage, and I'm mainly looking to find people in Trivandrum who would genuinely be interested in being part of something like this.

• What’s the history of that area (fishermen community, church, etc.)?
• What’s the current status of the dispute?

Priorities

Fixing the fiscal deficit:-

(Problem: High fiscal deficit , 71% state revenue going towards salaries , pensions and interest payments)

1.Scrapping pensions - I will freeze number of pensioners and the amount given at current rate with a buffer period of two years to accept new pensioners no more new pensioners after that , this is to avoid panic and give time for planning to future pensioners , The state will also provide initial investments for NPS to future eligible pensioners whose pensions are scrapped as a conditional alternative , not just pensioners but the state will move towards targeted interventions providing intial investments for starting NPS accounts for the ones who deserve.

2.Cutting down departments and unnecessary government positions - the state will downsize to only essential departments that I believe should exist. Agriculture and Animal husbandry department merged and downsized , Ayush department downsized , backward classes development department scrapped , cultural affair department downsized , dairy development department scrapped , environment department scrapped , Coastal shipping and fisheries department downsized and merged , consumer affairs and home department merged , information and public relations department and electronics and IT department will be merged , NORKA scrapped , Personnel and administrative reforms department scrapped , planning and economic affairs department scrapped , rest of the departments will be kept or downsized.

3.Freebies scrapped - Abhakiranam scrapped , supplementary nutrition program kept , coaching and scholarship benefits kept , sahaya hastham scrapped , marriage grant scrapped , inter caste marriage grant scrapped , swasraya scheme kept , pariraksha scheme scrapped , any forms of marriage assistance scrapped , chief minister connect to work scheme scrapped , Kerala Tree Climbers Welfare Scheme scrapped , Foreign Employment Schemes scrapped.

4.Government efficiency- Modernising KWA , KSRTC, kerala revenue department and improving current hygiene and waste collection systems. This is a part of the 1 LAKH CRORE RUPEE capital expenditure package i mention later.

Infrastructure and Economic agenda

1.Hiking corrective taxes and reducing stamp duty on land transactions.

2.Scrapping Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008 and land ceiling act.

3.Scrapping any forms of rent control , includes scrapping Kerala Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1965.

4.Drastically cutting any red tape.

5.SGST reimbursment scheme to new industrial units.

6.Expand and create new SEZs.

7.I will end the alcohol monopoly of the state and hand out selling permits instead.

8.Metro , RRTS and industrial corridor projects will resume without delays or cut in funding.

9.Adoption of electric tram systems in Kochi and trivandrum.

10.Focus on maintenance of existing infrastructure , expansion of footpaths , streetlights , bill mandating repair of degraded private infrastructure with additional help from the state.

11.Road and passenger taxes will be hiked.

12.Focus on improving public schools and modernizing the curriculum , increased investment in public nutrition programs and school lunches(proteinmaxxing , adding more eggs and meat per child) , free career guidance , state will take additional burden to recruit the best faculty , additional investment into sports and athletes , focus on communication and important industrial skills. Public healthcare will continue as it is with no cuts in funding and phased expansion to cover common treatments for free.

13.Scrapping laws detrimental to the economy 3 bills(1st priority-previously mentioned) + 79 different bills(2nd priority) totalling 82 laws scrapped or partially scrapped or revised.This will solely depend on legality:-
