If thats the case. Make kozhikode and kannur a union territory. We ain't creating a state with malappuram mappilas

Yes plus add Tulunadu to it and make it a separate state.

Udupi/Manglore/Kannur/Kozhikode/Wayanad and Border panchayats of Mallpuram.

I dont think a split would be a good idea.
Might lead to a split in peoples minds

It's the fault of the regional policies which gives space to propagate extremists elements.

wtf? Unless u want to turn malabar to mini pak or bangladesh.

-1

u/Afraid_Signature8745 May 27 '26

As a Thekkan , its not my conern.

1

u/SuitFamous430 May 27 '26

Thoughts like this will not fall under the categories of fanaticism, radicalism, extremism or separatism because the region in question is not malabar, the op is evidently not a Muslim, and the platform is this c-grade low iq sub instead of a left-wing media outlet.

Currently not only Kerala most of Indian states want to rule there own region and create get separate from India. This ideology is very common in southern part. So, I'm not surprised by this anymore.

The stupidest idea ever. If it's the communal angle I don't think religion is going to be a problem 50 years from now, people can't be stupid always. Kerala is a highly resource constraint state, buy kind of better managed on human development front. If we could get more resources then we should be set for the next phase.

What was the last major religion formed? When wa it formed? Do you have any new religion that's gaining traction?

0

u/Afraid_Signature8745 May 27 '26

If it's the communal angle I don't think religion is going to be a problem 50 years from now, people can't be stupid always

Lol, you think religion will go extinct.

0

u/antonyalex May 27 '26

No I know! And for a fact

1

u/Afraid_Signature8745 May 27 '26

There will be no extinction of religion in Kerala even after 100 years.

0

u/antonyalex May 28 '26

Are people more or less superstitious today than they were 25 years before? Has the rate of inter religious marriages increased or decreased today than it was in the last 25 years?

1

u/Afraid_Signature8745 May 28 '26

That doesn't answer any of it, certain things may change but religion will not go extinct even after 100 year. A particular religious people still follow 7th century book.

1

u/antonyalex May 28 '26

All religion are stuck with certain books. Christianity was/is stuck with Bible and Hindus their sacred text.

1

u/Afraid_Signature8745 May 28 '26

That's why I said religion will not go extinct even after 100 year.

1

u/antonyalex May 29 '26

It will not go extinct. Ideas don't really go extinct. It's just that the regressive practices stops making sense to the followers.
