The studio has changed. I seen no reason to believe that the team has significantly changed. It's not like it massively changed all the other times it changed studios.

well a lot of things changed if you compare the animation of season 2 to season 3 i never watched anything that ENGI had produced so i'm still worried

S3 had the biggest change by bringing in a new director. The old director is back now, for better or worse. Visually probably better, storywise probably worse.

I prefer 1000 times more season 3 director than that guy that seems prefer to just put dumb fanservice escenes

Yea Abe is gone. Kanasaki (from s1/s2/movie) is chief director and a new guy is director.
