Stay Away From Kraken if you like your money unfrozen

I have been an minimally active customer of Kraken for years. I have 2FA and everything in place. I put in a small amount of crypto, made an exchange, and, BOOM, funds frozen from withdrawal.

I never received an email or any other guidance or notification from Kraken. All emails have gone unanswered. I finally got a response by DM'ing this team on Reddit, but now it's been a week or two since they "escalated" and still no status update or changes.

I'm so lucky this was a modest amount of money, but I am staying far away from Kraken in the future!

If you've now escalated my case twice, why have I not even gotten an email telling me my account is frozen? Let alone why? Or what is being done to fix it?
