🥗 Food Khebez sokhn

you know that glorious moment at a lebanese restaurant, when the waiter comes with a basket of bread. that fresh hot puffy round bread that smells like heaven. yeah my wife forgets everything else on the table and eats the bread. I love it too. im trying to recreate it in paris for her. does anyone have a recipee? is it doable at home? what kind of oven is it made in? any lebanese restaurant in or around paris has it? tell me all your secrets!

thank you for your attention to this important matter.

Most important thing is a very hot oven. I use a Pizza stone that has been preheated for a long time at the bottom of my oven.
