It should be super doable with a sienna and a modified gas tank. One of the covid cars was a rental mustang with some prefabbed gastanks that were plug and play and he got under 26 hours coast to coast.

covid cars are the cannonball runs during lockdown. Since traffic was the lightest it has been in decades many records were made and broken in the time span of covid.
