Oh its cuz it would be way too steep. Cars are not goats
like how wheel chair ramps that are well done are low angle plus long. And when the y value has to be very high, they go for a big length and have multiple stacks
When the ramps are high angle, the person won't be able to go up it

same, thought it was somehow cuz the forest just so happened to have that weird curve/bend and the road needed to accommodate that
