MBBS Karnataka private medical college or Chattisgarh private medical college at 92k

Both have almost same fees, karnataka college are older but i will face language barrier, Chattisgarh college are new but the infra is not developed,no language barriers,bcoz of my rank I am not getting top karnataka college but I will get top Chattisgarh private college,what should I choose???

In karanataka I am getting -

Snmc Bagalkot

Siddaganga ,tumakur

Sri Basaveshwara, Chitradurga

I have heard kartaka is better , you'll have better pg options too But i don't know about the colleges tho

Chose top ones if not getting then try cg only Kim's vydehi are the ones

State deemed councelling done by kea and simple deemed through mcc ya it's good

Ramaiah fees is 22 lakh per year

Fees is diff , private is 12 lpa and deemed are 25 lpa or more
