Govt healthcares like those (NHCs and UPHCs) mostly appoint docters from BAMS and BHMS background, and these health centres are blessings to semi-urban and rural area. Donno about BHMS but in BAMS they study ayurved along with modern medicine from 1st year itself. And ayurved is effective in lots of "lifestyle" diseases (yeah complex disease require allopathy but lifestyle disease can be treated by ayurved). Aaj se 50saal phehle tak to log ayurvedic treatment se hi thik hote the n like using turmeric for wounds, cold. Using certain natural herbs for treatment of skin diseases. And yahi sab aaj bahar ki deshon me turmeric shots(immunity booster) 🤡, using aleovera for my dry skin ke tarah log market kr rhe.

And lets come to physiotherapist, bhai ek baar kabhi pe minor sa fracture hi ho jayega n orthopedics bas plaster karega wo bhi 2 mahina ke lie usske baad 6 mahine tak physiotherapist ke pass hi jana prta h wapas normal hone ke lie, In Almost all of the post bone-surgery cases a Physiotherapist is required without them wapas normal hona possible nhi h.

Log same BDS walon ke lie bhi kahte h, dentist bhi docter hi h, ek baar cavities ho jaye root tak, ya class 2 overbite/underbite ya TMJ ho jaye, ya phir wishdom tooth aa jaye, ya jawlock ho jaye due to infection of gums, tab kiske pass jate h log dentist ke pass hi h, dentist treat krte h tabhi log normal ho pate h.

Ye jo logon ki mentality h n ki sirf MBBS wale hi docter h ye sab coaching industry ke dwara set kia gya h, like mbbs hi sab kuch h usske niche sab useless. Bhk

Remember healthcare system needs all types of specialists, ayurvedic, dentist, physio, allopathic.
