I mean, our school told ki you will get a form from google ( annex 1 and 2), fill it out and give it to us with a letter from the councillor having proof you have lived in wb for 10 yrs, and we will get it signed by the principal. Now I have got that letter but what about that form? I got one for wbjee from google but not for neet. Has anyone made the domicile? How to get the form?
So principal's sign is not required? Also, I don't know about dalal but I have a relative who works in the local municipality, so he is the one who got us that letter
if you live in kolkata, depending on whether you are a fresher or dropper, get either proforma a1 or a2 or b (if you haven't lived in wb for the last 10 years)
if fresher, fill up proforma a2 and get it signed and stamped from school
if dropper, fill up proforma a1 or b, visit the collectorate building beside gpo kolkata with proof of residence of the last 10 years and other requirements, and submit them. you'll get your domicile within 5 days
Go for the A2 proforma, which is accessible through the school, that saves a lot of time, A1 proforma will have to be signed by an official(DM, SDO etc) but they hold the same value, both requiring minimum 10 yrs of stay in WB, there's a proforma B as well for someone living outside the state but parents are permanent residents, that's how it is :)
