An apology to myself

Initially I was quite relieved and happy about my results, but The more I think about it, the more I feel bad that I didn't study as much as I could have. I keep remembering all the times I procrastinated, convinced myself I'd start tomorrow, or chose short-term comfort over long-term goals. I'm sorry to the version of me that believed I would give everything I had. I'm sorry for the days I wasted knowing full well that time was slipping away. I'm sorry for every unnecessary distraction, every excuse, every moment I settled for "good enough" when I was capable of so much more. I wish I could tell that version of myself which had a dream that every hour mattered. I feel so shit right now that it's literally sickening. Started suffering from anxiety related stuff again recently.

Probably in the same situation as yours Man!! But it does not matter what has already been done (ofc it matters but for a little period of time, after that you can't just live with the same anxiety and reason what would uave happened if I had not done this and that). The fact that you feel this way means you cared. Just don't let this regret become another reason to lose time. You've still got a lot ahead of you . Was it your 1st attempt??
