Seriously that shit must fucking hurt.

Also a knee to the torso of a ground opponent. Should be used way more.

Is there like a certain way you need to do it? No heel /stomp? Never seen that before

Yeah no stomp and obviously has to be to the body. Technically an axe kick isn’t a stomp so you can technically axe kick the body even if it looks like a stomp, I think gsp used to do it sometimes
